1.       Brief

This product, using gold immunochromatographic technical, can test chicken infectious bursal disease (IBD) virus, used for chicken infectious bursal disease (early infection, and clinical infection, mixed infection) fast detection.

2.       Contents

3.       Test procedure

Cut the middle of the bursa with scissor, then ratationally wipe the inner wall of the bursa with the swab. Repeat 10 times at least, and mix with the sample buffer so as to dissolve the specimen fully. Press the swab on tube well above the liquid level, making the liquid been pressed out fully, discard swab.

Take the test card from the sealed bag and place on a flat table. Use dropper to draw upper-layer bright liquid, drop 5 drops slowly, one by one, to the sample hole with “S” mark.

Put the test card at room temperature for 15-20min, read the result, the result is invalid after 20 minutes.

4.       Results judgement

1. Positive: control line and test line are both seen wine red, the more the antibody exist, the thicker the color appear, that means the chickens is infected with IBD virus;

2. Negative: only control line is seen wine red, that means the chickens is not infected with IBD virus;

3. Invalidation: control line isn’t seen wine red, test again.
